• Do you build the whole house or the oak structural frame?

Our company specialises in the oak timber frame work, walls, floors, roofs and other areas involving the use of oak. This allows you to get a very high standard of timber work and at the same time find competitve prices for other building services on site. Over the years our Clients have found that building work done by different tradesmen on a project is better due to specialisation in relevant areas of building work. As we have been trading for 19 years we may be able to reccommend other trades people with whom we have worked. However, your arrangments with such companies would be completely independent from us.

• What about materials?

Normally our timber frames are constructed from oak but we have also used other woods. Whenever possible we use home grown native timber supplied by reputable merchants and from sustainable resources. We will measure, choose, order and arrange delivery of all timber. Alternatively if you have any oak trees we can assist in conversion of these into timber for your building.
